最寄り駅はJR外房線の土気駅で、東京都心から約1時間です。
土気駅からは送迎サービスをご利用いただけます。
スムーズにご案内できるよう、事前に到着予定時刻や交通手段をお知らせください。 The nearest station is Toke Station on the JR Sotobō Line, approximately 1 hour from central Tokyo.

Pick-up service is available from Toke Station.

ご予約にあたり、当社では事前に以下の手配を行っております。

・サーキットの予約
・インストラクターのスケジュール調整
・車両の準備
・スタッフおよび運営体制の手配

ご予約を確定するため、体験料金の50％を予約金（デポジット）として、以下の期限までにお支払いください。

・開催日まで3日以内の場合
請求書発行当日までにお支払いください。

・開催日まで4～7日の場合
請求書発行日から2日以内にお支払いください。

・開催日まで8～15日の場合
請求書発行日から3日以内にお支払いください。

・開催日まで16～29日の場合
請求書発行日から5日以内にお支払いください。

・開催日まで30日以上ある場合
請求書発行日から7日以内にお支払いください。

※残金は体験当日に現地でお支払いいただけます。

※予約金および当日のお支払いは、いずれもクレジットカードをご利用いただけます。

※お支払い期限までに予約金のご入金が確認できない場合、ご予約はキャンセルとなり、他のお客様へ枠をご案内する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required within the following timeframes:

• Event date within 3 days:
The deposit is due on the day of invoice issuance.

• Event date 4–7 days away:
The deposit is required within 2 days of invoice issuance.

• Event date 8–15 days away:
The deposit is required within 3 days of invoice issuance.

• Event date 16–29 days away:
The deposit is required within 5 days of invoice issuance.

• Event date 30 days or more away:
The deposit is required within 7 days of invoice issuance.

*The remaining balance can be paid on-site on the day of the experience.

*Both the deposit and the on-site payment can be made by credit card.

Please note that if the deposit is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled and the spot may be offered to other guests.

本サービスは雨天決行です。
雨天時は、
・路面状況に応じた安全重視のプログラム
・スピードを抑えた車両コントロール中心の内容
など、安全を最優先して実施します。
※台風・豪雨など、主催者が危険と判断した場合は中止とし、その際は事前にご連絡します。 The experience runs rain or shine.
In rainy conditions, we prioritize safety by:
・Adjusting programs based on road conditions
・Focusing on low-speed car control techniques

In cases of typhoons or severe weather deemed dangerous by the organizer, the event will be canceled and participants will be notified in advance.

キャンセルポリシー Cancellation Policy

本サービスは、サーキット、車両、インストラクターの手配を事前に行う必要があるため、以下のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。
・体験日の31日前まで：体験料金の10％
・体験日の21～30日前：体験料金の20％
・体験日の15～20日前：体験料金の30％
・体験日の8～14日前：体験料金の50％
・体験日の7日前～当日：体験料金の100％
※主催者都合によりイベントが中止となった場合は、全額返金または日程変更にて対応いたします。 Because circuits, vehicles, and instructors must be arranged in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:
・More than 31 days before the experience date: 10% of the experience price
・21–30 days before the experience date: 20% of the experience price
・15–20 days before the experience date: 30% of the experience price
・8–14 days before the experience date: 50% of the experience price
・0–7 days before the experience date (including the day of the experience): 100% of the experience price
※If the event is canceled by the organizer, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
